Quote Requests and Acceptance

Submitting an Quote Request through this website indicates the buyer's intent to purchase the identified products in the requested quantities, subject to final confirmation.

Submission of an Quote Request does not itself constitute our acceptance of the order and does not create an obligation for us to sell or ship the products.

An order becomes accepted when we confirm the products and quantities available, provide the final purchase amount or invoice, and accept payment or otherwise expressly confirm the transaction.

We may decline or modify an Quote Request if inventory is unavailable, product information is incorrect, pricing contains an error, shipping cannot reasonably be arranged, or other circumstances prevent fulfillment.

Inventory Availability

Our inventory consists primarily of finite, non-replenishing stock. Inventory quantities are updated periodically rather than continuously and may change between updates.

An “In Stock,” “Limited Quantity,” or similar availability indicator does not guarantee that a particular quantity remains available.

All quantities are subject to confirmation before payment.

Part numbers, specifications, dimensions, photographs, cross-references, and compatibility information are provided to help identify products.

Buyers are responsible for confirming that a selected part is suitable for the intended equipment and application.
