Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges and delivery dates displayed on the quote request page are estimates only.

After an Quote Request is submitted, we will confirm product availability, package characteristics, shipping method, shipping cost, and expected shipment timing.

No shipment commitment is made until the order has been confirmed and payment arrangements have been completed.

Once confirmed, we will provide the applicable shipping details and, where available, tracking information.

If we determine that we cannot fulfill an order within the timing previously communicated, we will notify the buyer and provide available options.

How estimates are calculated

The shipping figure shown on the quote request page is a flat estimate based on the number of items in your Quote Request. It is not a carrier quote.

Any sales tax shown on the quote request page is an estimate based on the information provided. Applicable taxes will be confirmed before payment and may differ from the estimate displayed.

Tax-exempt buyers may be asked to provide a valid exemption certificate before invoicing.

Returns

We want buyers to receive the part they intended to purchase. Please confirm part numbers and specifications before ordering.

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization.

Returned items must be in substantially the same condition in which they were received and include original packaging where applicable.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or the product materially differs from the confirmed order.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping for compatibility errors, mistaken orders, or changed requirements.

Certain discontinued, special-lot, clearance, opened, electrical, or specifically identified final-sale products may not be returnable. Any such restriction will be disclosed before purchase.

How to start a return

Email FrankInvestmentsLLC@gmail.com with your Quote Request number and the part number you want to return. We will confirm eligibility and send return authorization and the return address.

Please do not ship a return before receiving authorization.
